Cellular Beams

We can undertake projects that use cellular beams in large scale. Our company has the know-how and the facilities to produce cellular beams of all kinds – straight or curved.

Z Purlins

We produce a typical range of “Z” purlins using roll forming. This includes “Z152mm” and taller “Z202mm” profiles in several thicknesses and grades.

Composite Symdeck Decks

The SYMDECK profiled steel sheeting is a galvanized trapezoidal profile which is being used in the construction of large spanning composite decks. Moreover, it can be used alone (i.e. without concrete) as the main structural element for light floors.

  • Symdeck 50
  • Symdeck 73
  • Symdeck 100

Drywall Partition Profiles

A wide range of drywall partition profiles.

  • Track Drywall Partition Profiles according to EN 14195
  • Stud Drywall Partition Profiles according to EN 14195
  • Ceiling Drywall Profile according to EN 14195
  • Ceiling Perimeter Drywall Profiles according to EN 14195
  • Wall Angle Drywall Profiles according to EN 14195

Trapezoidal profiles

We produce two types of trapezoidal sheets used for cladding.

  • CY10 – A 10mm height trapezoidal profile. Can be used for cladding applications. Extremely useful on curved roofs of small radii, on which taller sheets cannot be curved.
  • CY34 – A 34mm height trapezoidal profile. Can be used for cladding applications and in some cases as decking sheets supporting concrete slabs.

Pre-Cambering

Upon request we can use our pre-cambering machine to counter apply the expected deflection per steel profile. In this way we unfold the engineering consultants’ hands by aiding them to perform their design analysis taking into consideration this factor. This contributes in achieving lower total tonnage, since lighter profiles with pre-cambering can substitute heavier profiles without pre-cambering, and at the end benefits the clients who save money from the lighter construction.

Cladding Single Skin

A wide range of single skin metal profiles for roof and wall cladding.

  • Trapezoidal Sheets ELT35/1100
  • Trapezoidal Sheets ELT39/896
  • Trapezoidal Sheets ELT35/1100

Structural Hollow Sections

We have a wide range of Square and Rectangular Hollow Section in stock that can be cut to your own specific requirement. You can rely on us to fabricate, supply and deliver products that are suitable for your needs. Listed below are some of our more popular R.H.S sizes.

  • Square Hollow Sections
  • Rectangular Hollow Sections
  • Circular Hollow Sections (Steel Tubes)

Wall Panels / Roof Panels

The thermo-insulating panels are composite, self-supporting structural elements, consisted of two profiled sheets bonded in an insulating rigid foam core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) or rock wool fire resistance panel. The outer face of the panels is made of galvanized and pre-painted steel of trapezoidal shape. The inner face of the panels is made either of galvanized and pre-painted steel, slightly formed or flat, or reinforced polyester sheet.

Long profiles

Universal Beams are sometimes described as a ‘I’ shaped beams as they are tall and narrow. The 1st dimension is the height of the beam in mm, the 2nd dimensions is the width of the beam in mm and the 3rd number is the weight in kilograms per metre. We have a wide range of Universal Beams in stock that can be cut to your own specific requirements.

  • Structural steel section with a characteristic 'I', L, O, Π or 'H' shape.
  • Described as open profiles as they comprise parallel surface flanges connected by a central element known as a web, unlike solid or hollow rectangular sections.
